WHAT DOES ANXIETY AND DEPRESSION LOOK LIKE?

Symptoms of anxiety and depression can range from mild to severe, and they may appear differently in different people. The following are, however, some of the more obvious warning signs that a person may be experiencing anxiety or depression:
